Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and training activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related Business Administration field, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environments and within a team.
