About School Infrastructure


School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school.

This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

About the role


Provide high-quality expertise and advice on a range of People and Performance matters, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to develop and deliver integrated people solutions in alignment with relevant SINSW and departmental objectives.


Essential requirements of the role

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field and/or equivalent workplace experience.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing highquality advice, coaching and guidance to managers on complex and sensitive people management matters.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of public sector employment legislation, awards and agreements, including the GSE Act.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

About you
You will be experienced in HR, providing and or sourcing appropriate advice to managers.

You are keen to work with and mentor a dynamic team of HR Co-ordinators and People and Performance Officers, in a busy work environment.

You are keen to work with our team and directorates to achieve our organisational goals. We need a solution focussed, empathetic person committed to continuous improvement.
