Now, we seek a talented Business Manager to assist in uplifting our operations.

Role Overview: Your role involves utilizing your expertise, analytical abilities, and effective communication to collaborate closely with the Allied Health Manager. This collaboration ensures ILCT maintains its leadership in client service delivery and the Allied Health Service sector. Additionally, you will spearhead ILCT's efforts to uphold compliance with regulations and contracts, nurture stakeholder relationships, promote best practices, and oversee internal auditing processes.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the Allied Health Manager.
  • Lead business support functions and provide mentorship to a Business Support Team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth through marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or demonstrated leadership experience in strategic business oversight.
The ideal applicant will have:
  • Proven experience in business management, preferably in the Allied Health sector.
