Human Resources Business Partner - Finance, within our People and Culture division.


Your opportunity


As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll partner with our Group Executive Finance and the Finance Leadership Team to deliver our Colleague Strategy and other People & Culture initiatives into the Finance division.


As an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Executive Chief People Officer Enabling Units, you'll work with our People & Culture centres of expertise and People Advisory peers to deliver an excellent People and Culture experience.


To do this successfully you'll bring experience from business transformation or large-scale projects, and already be known as a valued contributor who has strong capability to impact and influence at the executive level.


Your ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across the value chain, along with strong capability in critical People & Culture disciplines including talent, performance, reward, engagement, and wellbeing.


As part of the People and Culture team, you will hold a senior role that adds value to your peers and the People Leadership Team whenever possible.

You will be part of a highly regarded People & Culture team and continue to develop your career.

Your role will contribute to shaping a workplace and culture that inspires people to be the best they can be.


What you will bring

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as either a Head Of or Senior Manager within Human Resources, or similar role within a large corporate or enterprisewide business.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of HR strategy informed by data and insights.
  • The ability to align HR solutions with business goals with demonstrated positive business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to use HR strategic levers to drive business outcomes.
  • Organisational change and transformation expertise.
  • A simple and engaging written and verbal communication style.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (desired)
