About the Role

New Home
Sales Consultant who wants to build their career with a company that is ready to provide the tools and support you need to succeed to a high level.

You will be building customer relationships in person and over the phone to drive business development to our custom residential project homes.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Strong focus on lead generation and new business development.
  • Ensuring all new customers or potential ones are followed up with and nurtured.
  • Preparation of sales and KPI reports.
  • Manage the CRM database.
  • Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated Sales or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards and guidelines preferred.
  • Competent with CRM and all Office software.
  • Exposure to residential Custom project building or real estate industry essential.
  • Ability to create and build client relationships.
