Burton Automotive Group, currently have an opportunity available for a full-time New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and managing relationships with new and existing guests
- Understanding the needs and wants of the guest and selecting the appropriate vehicle to best suit their needs
- Ensuring they have adequate, accurate and up to date product knowledge to help communicate the brand benefits to potential clients
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- Empathy and a level of emotional intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Courtesy, integrity and reliability
- Hold a current NSW drivers licence
- A positive energy and a willingness to learn
- A minimum level of 2 years experience in Used Vehicle Sales
