Description:

This position involves providing Cabin Cleaning services for Airline customers under the Star Aviation umbrella.

Service Delivery

  • Delivering Cabin Cleaning services following Airlines' procedures, supervised by a Team Leader
  • Cleaning aircraft interiors comprehensively, covering seats, walls, ceilings, carpet, galleys, and lavatories
- waste disposal
- changing linens

  • Replenishing stocks
  • Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and maintaining aircraft On Time Performance
  • Representing both the Airline and Star professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working independently or as part of a team
  • Engaging in duties safely and professionally
  • Adhering to Star's guidelines and procedures
Management of GSE

  • Operating all equipment safely and securely
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions promptly to the Team Leader
  • Operating Ground Service equipment (GSE) following correct procedures (if qualified)

Skills and Experiences:

Essential:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physically capable of lifting and bending
  • Availability for at least 4 weekdays (excluding weekends)

Desired:

  • Holding an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or eligibility to obtain one
  • Holding an authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA) or eligibility to obtain one
  • Proficiency in Cabin Cleaning operations
  • Familiarity with the aviation sector

Skills:

  • Proficient in Cabin Cleaning operations
  • Physically fit for lifting and bending
  • Knowledgeable about the aviation industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Thriving in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
  • Customer-centric approach to deliver top-notch service
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and situations
  • Effective team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Trained in Health and Safety measures
  • Familiar with Manual Handling procedures
  • Capable of writing clear and concise Incident Reports
