About the Company:
Platinum Glass and Security is a local business that specialises in Prowler Proof Security Doors & Screens, Shower Screen supply/installation & 24hour Glass Replacement.
The Role
- Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications.
- Accurate and timely creation of quotations and Invoicing orders using ServiceM
- Daily management and update of ServiceM
- Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in store.
- Job Scheduling using ServiceM
- Daily Cash handling, processing payments & operating EFTPOS machine
- High volume of data entries (ServiceM8)
- General Ad hoc duties
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Experience within the Glass/ Building industry required.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Advanced general computer skills is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Glass/Building Industry.
- Obtain a current Qld Police Check.
