**The Company**
Our client is a National Retailer with hundreds of sites across the business and an ever-expanding portfolio They are one of the market leaders in their industry. An opportunity has become available for a Project Administrator to join their team in a temp to perm capacity.
**The Role**
The role of Project Administrator supports the Development & Project Managers ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business and assisting deliver a project. The PA will play a key role in providing administrative support, supporting organisational priorities & working closely with the development team.
- Coordination of the construction, repairs and refurbishment of new & existing stores
- Coordination & preparation of project papers, reviews, presentations & monthly reports
- Preparation, completion & submission of documentation for store design & building processes
- Ad hoc National rollouts & projects
- 3-6 month contract with strong possibility of permanent employment
**Preferred experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management preferred
- 12 months in a similar admin role or strong willingness to learn
- Excellent general office administration skills
- Highly organised
- Advanced computer software skills for MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
