Quality Advisor


As a result of Georgiou's continued growth and 90% of FY23 work-in-hand is already secured, we are seeking a Quality Advisor to join our project-based civil engineering team and work primarily on large civil infrastructure projects across Qld.

Initially, you will be based on site in Brisbane.

You will be trusted to:

  • Manage the Project's Quality Management Plan and revise where required to suit the Project requirements
  • Conduct internal and external audits as per the audit schedule and QMP
  • Monitor quality performance against the agreed targets
  • Effectively close out corrective action reports, issued by the client or Georgiou management
  • Manage and review the establishment of work lots and coordinate inspection of works and products
  • Perform lot verification of construction lots and provide adhoc support where required
  • Monitor and compile nonconformance reports

What you're good at:


Aside from having relevant qualifications, you should have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business system strategies and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Engineering and TMR experience preferred.

It is advantageous if you have previous exposure in civil construction and/or customer-facing roles.
