About the Role:

  • Provide professional customer service by handling customer enquiries
  • Speaking with suppliers and providing solutions to customers' needs
  • Take payment over the phone or in person, issue invoices manually or electronically
  • Support the Glazing Division Teams including, Planners, Estimators, Sales as well as suppliers
  • Any other administrative tasks

About you:

  • Experience using Simpro or similar planning database is preferred but not essential
  • High level Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day
  • Highly organised and able to jump in and support the team where required
  • Pleasant friendly phone manner & ability to process payments, issue invoices and coordinate purchasing requirements
