We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Knowledge and Content Management team.


As a
Procedures Officer, you will provide support to develop and update internal procedures and guidance materials that enable our staff to deliver a positive client experience.

You'll confidently utilise SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite to design and deliver contemporary and intuitive user content.


Your work will include engaging with business partners to identify and resolve complex issues as well as providing advice and recommendations to enhance work practices.

You'll also provide mentor support to staff and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Moonee Ponds or Upper Mount Gravatt.
