Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing on-site support for the day to day operation of Jetstar's IT equipment at your port
  • Providing timely incident resolution for airport located IT
  • Conduct frequent IT equipment health checks, ensuring airport equipment is working to a high quality and availability standard
  • Assist airport staff with training on IT systems as required
  • Manage adhoc IT queries across your port.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a IT support role
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent is desirable
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • A passion for solving problems and providing exceptional customer service
  • A cando attitude and a desire to solve issues at the first attempt
  • Someone highly selfsufficient and proactive.
