About the role


Reporting into the Manager Strategic Planning you will be responsible for development of an enterprise multicommodity strategic model in conjunction with the manager and wider team.


  • Implement and develop continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and efficiencies
  • Effectively interpret and communicate scenarios and results plans between various site and Perth based teams across required levels in organisation
  • Bespoke commodity enterprise models will be designed to guide and enhance operations planning horizons
  • Input generation liaison with key stakeholders to obtain key model inputs operations, mine planning, corporate and business development, geology and exploration, project development (studies), metallurgy, marketing, approval teams, hydrogeology, studies teams, finance, treasury & mine closure

What you'll bring to the team

  • Tertiary Qualification relevant to field
  • Experience with mine planning software such as Minemax, VULCAN, ATS/XPAC, Whittle
  • Previous experience in strategic or life of mine planning
  • Exposure to iron ore and/or lithium advantageous but not essential
