Contact Centre Officer - Customer Service.


One of our clients, a local council near Lilydale, is looking for a Contact Centre Officer to join their passionate team.

This Job is a casual role however will be for a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. However, could be up to 38 hours per week. Hours of operation are 8.30am - 5pm & you will be rostered anywhere within these times.


The first 2 weeks are full time 9.00am to 5.00pm this is so they can train you and get you up to speed.

The roster changes weekly and we are looking for applicants that are available over 5 days.

Advance notice of rostered days is provided as rostering is completed up to 4 weeks in advance with some flexibility on days available.


Pay Rate:
$31.84 Per Hour + Superannuation.

Starting:
ASAP.

You will need:

Contact Centre Experience.

High level communication, written & verbal.

You will be:


The role requires the successful applicant to be able to sit & take calls continually all day, answering and resolving customer enquiries on restricted queues in a busy, supportive Contact Centre environment.

Please Note - a Police Check, WWCC and Covid Vaccination status will all need to be obtained upon placement.
