The Executive Manager, Education is a strategic role that assumes overall management of Cire Community School and the broader Cire organization. This role encompasses financial management, education strategic direction, and development of education programs and principles based on student needs.

This role demands a visionary approach that is innovative and strategic, underpinned by strong business and financial acumen.

About You

As a member of the Executive Team, you will drive change, collaboration, educational strategic direction, and operational excellence to ensure we continue to deliver against Cire's 5-year strategic plan.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience (5-7 years) within an Educational Senior Leadership role and come from a corporate or large, highly complex organization.

You will also be comfortable and have experience in Financial/Budget Management.

  • Manage and lead diverse teams.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and implement effective influencing skills.
  • Build respect, effectively communicate, and empower others.
  • Develop and implement strong and confident leadership.
  • Work effectively and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrate commitment to community.
  • Hold a valid and current approved Victorian Driver's License.
  • Currently hold, or be willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check, Australian Right to Work Check, and National Police Check.
