Residential Property Manager for Yarra Valley's leading Real Estate agency. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager looking for a professional, well-established, and enjoyable working environment with training and low staff turnover.
- Requirements: Car license and Agents Representative Certificate
- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 package (including base salary, car allowance, and superannuation)
- Location: Lilydale area

**A typical day **will involve managing a portfolio of 160 properties, which includes:

- Periodic inspections
- Rent reviews
- Maintenance coordination
- Customer service
- Negotiations
- Liaising with owners and tenants
- Attending training sessions
- Marketing activities

The average rent for properties in this portfolio is $460 per week. Additionally, there will only be one Saturday of work required each month. You will also have the support of a designated leasing consultant, which means you won't need to handle end-to-end leasing responsibilities.
