About the Role

  • Supervise staff in line with quality human resource management practices for all administration staff within the unit, monitoring and recording of flex balances, identifying staff absenteeism and reporting accordingly, and participating in the recruitment and selection process in conjunction with Administration Manager.
  • Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, medical typing, formatting, data entry, filing and travel arrangements, undertaking basic research and participate in projects, agreements, plans and data collection as required.
