About the role:


Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, in this position you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Retail Division's Strategic and operational activities.

You will be accountable for the collection, interrogation and distribution of operational information required to manage billing, payments and data maintenance activities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all financial control points within the revenue assurance function and ensuring controls satisfy audit requirements.

Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

  • Accounting/Commerce Degree or extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial analysis and reporting, accounting processes, financial and audit controls and business planning.
  • Ability to identify potential revenue leakage points and develop and implement controls to address and resolve leakage points.
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyse and interpret data, present information and insights and make recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement coupled with written and verbal communication skills coupled with proven time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail coupled with the ability to work autonomously.
