About the Role
An exciting opportunity is currently available for an
Administration Manager to lead our admin team across our sites in Perth.
Based at our
Claremont clinic, this hands-on role will play a vital part in delivering all aspects of our administration service.
The successful applicant will work with the Regional Manager to deliver a best practice model for the provision of administration services to our patients, referrers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff
- Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services
- Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff
- Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff
- Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
- Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded
- Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required
