About the Role:

The Front Office Manager will oversee all Front Office operations and staff, aiming to enhance guest and staff satisfaction and optimize departmental performance. As a proactive leader, you will ensure adherence to standards, support the team, and work towards achieving property objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all Front Office operations, surpassing guest expectations
  • Create and execute goals to organize and prioritize work efficiently
  • Address complaints, resolve conflicts, and plan team-building activities
  • Lead and support the team effectively
  • Manage staffing levels to meet service and financial goals
  • Provide insights on the hotel and local area to enhance guest experiences
  • Enhance customer relationships and drive loyalty programs
  • Understand and manage departmental impact on financial goals
  • Promote loyalty programs and superior guest experiences

Qualifications & experience:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Prior experience in a managerial role
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Passionate about career advancement
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a dynamic environment
  • Problem-solver with a positive attitude
