The Role:

Seeking an experienced Front Office Manager with a yearning for career development. This role requires top-notch customer service abilities through check-ins and outs, quick problem-solving skills and previous leadership experience. Requiring flexibility, this position will include occasional late-night guest assistance.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role overseeing medium to long-term stays
  • Fantastic customer service abilities through check-ins, check-outs and overall guest relations
  • Financially savvy with previous experience managing financials including invoicing, prior use of Newbook & Xero is advantageous
  • Great attitude and ability to work as a team player is essential.
  • Strong communication with prior leadership experience overseeing and liaising with other departments
