Accounting and Financial Manager Opportunity at Anduril

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that is transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our Australian subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end accounting processes in Australia, including financial reporting, month end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax & payroll.
  • Ensure the Australian entity is complying with local accounting standards, ASIC regulations, and local tax reporting deadlines.
  • Coach and develop our junior accounting team members.
  • Serve as the primary accounting liaison between the US parent company and the Australia subsidiary.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects with various accounting and finance stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • 3-5 years experience in an accounting role.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work with teams across multiple time zones and departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory cost accounting, A-IFRS, intercompany transactions, foreign currency translations, and transfer pricing.
