The Opportunity Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and possess the drive to close high-value deals? Grima Recycling, a leading company in the recycling industry, is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

As an experienced sales leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and shaping the future of sustainable waste management.

If you're passionate about sustainability and have a knack for forging strong client relationships, this is an opportunity for you to build a rewarding career with a fast-growing company.

The Role You will be responsible for generating new business and closing key deals for Grima Recycling.
This means actively developing partnerships with businesses across different sectors to understand their recycling needs.

You will negotiate and close high-value contracts, becoming an advocate for Grima's recycling solutions and contributing to their growth trajectory.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients across various industries generating high volumes of cardboard waste.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing significantly to Grima's revenue growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities within the recycling sector.
Requirements Experience as a B2 B sales leader, preferably in the waste management industry or similar field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and lead generation technologies.
