Supporting farming business to growth and prosper, your connection to the agricultural industry through work, education or family farming will provide a strong foundation for success in this challenging and rewarding role.


  • Develop and Drive portfolio growth identifying opportunities for new partnerships
  • Work with farm owners to plan for future financial resilience and success
  • Manage and simplify complex financial interactions for clients
  • Develop your leadership skills and progress your career in regional Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in a rural banking or account management role
  • Ability to simplify and manage complex banking interactions for clients
  • Knowledge and understanding of specialised financial products
  • Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
  • Understanding of the business, attitudes and needs of agricultural customers
  • Experience in family farm succession planning would be highly desirable


THE ROLE | The role will see you work with Agribusiness customers to support their short and long term financial needs through the delivery of tailored financial and consulting services.

Working as a conduit between financiers, business advisors and intergenerational stakeholders, you will leverage the tools at your disposal to 'future proof' farming businesses, ensuring financial viability into the future.


THE CLIENT | Our client also provides financial and consultative services to support farm-succession within families, in turn, ensuring prosperity for future generations.
