Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic phone-based Sales Consultant who has the desire to exceed customer expectations. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.

What you will be doing:

Hit the ground running with this inbound contact centre position.

With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge.

Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.

Permanent full-time role - commencing Monday, 1st July 202-
5-week rotational shift roster - includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shift scheduled between the hours for 9.00am pm.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be highly motivated with a positive nature,

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and
  • Be able to achieve both individual and team goals.
Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded.
