The Role:

A rare opportunity has become available for an Agent Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the CSBP Agent Partnership strategy. You will ensure alignment within the CSBP Fertilisers marketplace plan which will include strategizing the financial partnership agreement details.


Reporting to the States Sales Manager - Central, you will proactively manage, retain and grow CSBP Fertilisers customer portfolio, which will initially involve an analysis of the current relationship.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design & roll out the updated "Agent Partnership" strategy, which will enhance CSBP's reputation as the preferred fertiliser supplier and centre for nutritional excellence, ensuring Agents work efficiently and effectively alongside local CSBP staff;
  • Lead, manage & monitor the effectiveness of the Agent strategy, ensuring it is achieving the desired required outcomes for CSBP & the business partner;
  • Ensure CSBP has a strong safety culture, risks of injury are minimised, and agreed safety targets are met and maintained;
  • Prioritise your safety, and the safety of others in all practices; and
  • Champions/Drives a culture where safety is prioritised in all practices.

Do you have a mix of the following skills & experience?

  • Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science or agricultural business management (highly Desirable).
  • Sales / Sales leadership within the Agricultural industry, ideally >5 years with proven knowledge of WA agricultural systems.
  • Demonstrated change management skills and experience.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation, planning and executional skills.
