About the Opportunity:


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Commercial Cookery Teacher to plan, develop and deliver the Australian SIT Certificate IV in Kitchen Management that pathways into the SIT50422 Diploma in Hospitality Management.

The fly in location is based in China at the Qiandao Lake Campus in Zhejiang. The fly out location will be based in Australia in our Sydney or Melbourne Campus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure students receive excellent training and assessment for the benefit of employers and the Hospitality industry.
  • Actively maintain and share current knowledge and skills in the programs being delivered.
  • Provide educational delivery and practices in accordance with the Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Standards 201
  • Provide support and guidance in the assessment of students of the Institute's joint partnership programs.
  • Develop and update existing training resources as appropriate using the Learning management System Moodle.
  • Provide additional learning support for students with English as a second language.
  • Enhance the reputation of William Angliss Institute by behaving in a professional and ethical manner in all situations.
  • Carry out relevant administrative duties.
