Your opportunity


You will act as the dedicated resource for the Facilities Management team on site in the provision and coordination of excellent facilities services to a range of high-profile tenants and key stakeholders.

It is an exciting and dynamic role in a mixed used asset, with a blend of administration, contractor, and maintenance coordination.

This is a perfect opportunity to develop your knowledge of a base building but also get your foot in the door of a multinational property management organisation and transition into a perm role.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage overall performance of the onsite operations with contribution towards the overall presentation of the property.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant related enquiries or issues and provide exceptional customer service skills
  • Develop strong relationships and rapport with highprofile tenants, stakeholders, and contractors and work closely on site with the property manager
  • Carry out general daytoday operations and management of external and internal contractors.
  • Identifying the work required to be undertaken; preparing a scope of works, obtaining and assessing quotes / tenders, and awarding contracts.
  • Managing the budget. Monthly contract and purchase order and accrual management of your respective accounts.

Your Skillsets and Attributes:

  • Strong base building management experience and a good technical understanding of facilities management.
  • Someone willing to be immersed and a cando attitude

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels and be aware of their responsibilities and respect the needs of tenants, visitors, and stakeholders
