What will you do
***In this new role reporting to our General Manager Operations, you will lead, develop and oversee the Home Care Program within Ryman Healthcare across the Victorian Villages. Ensuring that existing and prospective clients receive high quality care services. You will develop, improve, and maintain policies, procedures in accordance with best practice and current legislation pertaining to the Home Care Program. You will also provide training, development, and oversight to our team driving continuous improvement and service delivery effectiveness.

Who are you?

  • You have proven experience working with Home Care Programmes
  • You demonstrate exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • You have strong stakeholder management and engagement capability along with excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and experienced reporting statistical information.
  • You will enjoy supporting and developing team members
  • You will be calm and composed, even during times of pressure, and show determination and perseverance
  • Will be willing to make timely and wellreasoned decisions and provide clear information and explanations, both verbally and in writing
