Family Solicitor 3+ PQELocation: Swindon, Office based.

Salary:
DOE and PQE.

Circa 40 K - 60 K Hours: Full Time, 9-5.

EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Private Family Law Candidates with Legal Aid experience with some Private will also be considered.

You must be confident managing a wide range of Family Law matters including but not limited to cohabitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, divorce, finances and children matters Able to work independently.

Able to build a network and caseload to build the department further.
Develop and maintain strong client Relationships

ABOUT YOU:
Friendly, approachable can do attitude.

Must be comfortable in an office setting working independently Comfortable dealing with difficult situations while keeping a calm manner.

Motivated.
Driver's license preferred, you may need to travel between offices or to client meeting when required.
Ideally a member of Resolution Family Law Panel
