As the HSE Business Partner, you'll help find clever contemporary solutions to interesting organisational problems while collaborating within the HSE group team to deliver HSE support that is both high-quality and customer-centric across a diverse range of projects.


Working closely with the Manager, HSE Governance & Performance - you will provide expert health, safety and environmental management support to various operational teams within the business.

With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will enjoy fostering effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, supporting business leaders in engaging their staff in the delivery of HSE business outcomes, whilst ensuring alignment with the organisational strategic direction.

You'll bring extensive knowledge to enhance HSE Management Systems and Frameworks, aligning them with the business's requirements.

Your demonstrated ability to offer practical and reasonable advice to managers on HSE matters will be crucial in achieving desirable outcomes.


In your capacity as our HSE Business Partner, you will possess substantial experience in successfully executing projects that implement HSE strategies and systems and manage the change.

These projects will follow a structured approach, managing risks while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree level qualification in health & safety management
  • Formal training & experience in delivering Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) programs.

We'd also love you to have:

  • Proven expertise in offering contemporary HSE guidance and support to internal stakeholders and senior management, covering HSE leadership, risk management, compliance, and consultation.
  • Demonstrated track record of providing safety and environmental management support to operational teams in a medium to large technical organisation.
  • Extensive experience in diverse workplace settings, involving various stakeholders such as unions, government entities, and contractors.
  • Strong background in collaborative HSE work with specialised support functions to ensure comprehensive service delivery to the organisation.
