Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Experience managing clients with complex needs
  • Commitment to Professional Development and Evidenced Based Practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
  • Compliance with safety and WHS standards
  • Valid checks and certifications as required

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in providing speech therapy in various environments
  • Skills in trauma informed care and early intervention services
  • Involvement in behavior support planning and mental health support
