About the Company

A highly established and growing brokerage with a strong national presence seeks to appoint an Assistant Account Executive / Broker Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative broking team in Toowoomba.

About the Role:

You will enjoy a varied role supporting a portfolio of rural business and retail clients.

This will include but is not limited to:

  • Processing new business, renewals and endorsements
  • Providing high levels of service and followup to clients and prospects
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
  • Preparation and checking of policy documentation

About You:

  • Previous insurance sector experience preferred
  • Comfortable with various technology and software
  • High attention to detail and complete your work to high standards
  • Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
  • Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
