  • You may have heard in the news that we're growing this is an exciting time for Heritage, and our Lending Operations team will be looking for a Lending Operations Officer to join us in a 6 month contract. This is an established and highlyregarded team who work together to ensure success, support one another to achieve targets and where hard work and commitment are rewarded.

What you'll be doing:

This is an autonomous, administration role where you will be required to complete a range of general administration duties within our Broker Assessment Team including:

  • Basic reporting and data entry and
  • Stakeholder engagement


This is a 'hands-on' role where you'll have the ability to significantly contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • You will be expected to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist the team in providing optimal customer service to our Broker partners.
  • Whilst home lending experience would be beneficial, it is not mandatory for the role
