Outstanding opportunity to take a leading role on creating a new, exciting, innovative experience for our consumers, working with a dedicated transformation team on a new future driven consumer engagement project as a Digital Experience and Product Manager.

This position is located in our HQ Barangaroo office in Sydney.

You'll be collaborating across the Pernod Ricard Winemakers business and be responsible for the implementation of a brand-new digital experience platform and engagement program for the PRW fine wine portfolio (from strategic development to execution and management) Your work will cover the development and creation of industry first, innovative CX and digital product experiences, loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, digital innovation and more


This role would suit a person who likes a varied role and wants to work in the innovation space on projects that are first, different, and unique.

You will:

  • Be the driving force behind the platform to deliver towards long term strategic outcomes
  • Develop the product roadmap to grow and evolve the offering and prioritise through value /effort assessments.
  • Create and implement a digital action plan to improve consumers experiences within our ecosystem following a strategic roadmap
  • Build passionate and engaged communities through consumer audience segments, automations, journeys and personalisation
  • Contribute to the creative and content strategy
  • Conduct analysis and translate data into stories and actionable insights for testing and optimisation
  • Provide strategic project leadership
  • Lead product and portfolio management and merchandising
  • Ensure operations are running seamlessly across logistics, pick & pack and customer service
  • Own the P&L and financials

  • Experience with e commerce platforms that have a membership program, CRM as part of the offering

  • Understanding of user requirements and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong knowledge in data mining, analysis, and manipulation
  • Engaging communicator with the ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders from various areas of the business.
