About you
- You have extensive experience as a mental health clinician, in child & adolescent mental health and/or drug and alcohol services.
- You have a gift for communication and are able to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders simultaneously.
- You are a demonstrated leader and can manage/support a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients or clients.
Current Registered Nurse
- List A with AHPRA and Current Driver's license applicable to NSW with Minimum 5 years extensive experience in children and/or young people's mental health (024 years).
What you'll be doing
The Consultation & Assessment Team (CAT) and Safeguard Team Leader in collaboration with the CAMHS Service Manager provides expert clinical, operational leadership and supervision to the Team.
The CAT Team Leader is responsible for liaising and providing consultation to staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.
The CAT and Safeguard Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the Team staff comply with professional and organisational obligations in relation to Policies and Procedures, risk management and notifications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
