About the Role:


As the Head of Supply Chain at Quad Lock, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability to support our growth.

You will manage demand forecasting, global logistics, inventory, and e-commerce fulfilment across multiple channels. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to achieve our business objectives.

What You'll be Doing:
Oversee global logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveryOptimise the regional distribution network to support business needsImplement best practices in logistics and distribution to enhance service levels and reduce costsMaintain optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory using the Logility Supply Chain planning platformLead and coach the inventory team, ensuring coverage and minimizing business riskCollaborate with sales and marketing to improve forecast accuracyMonitor and analyze inventory KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvementEnsure accurate forecasting processes and alignment with business goalsDevelop and implement a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processMaintain accurate master data in the Logility Supply Chain Planning SystemDevelop supply chain planning KPIs and reporting in conjunction with the Operations DirectorInvestigate and resolve supply chain issuesBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure qualityEvaluate and onboard new suppliers to support growth and diversificationManage supplier performance and implement risk management strategiesDevelop and manage the logistics budget, analyzing costs and identifying efficienciesWork with finance to provide updated logistics forecasts and optimize working capitalWhat You'll Bring to the Role:

Extensive supply chain experience, combined with leadership experienceExcellent analytical skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain & inventory planning systems, strategies and processesProven track record in driving and implementing change management processes to optimise efficiencies and continuously identifying opportunities for improvementTeam oriented and able to easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholdersA strong influencer, able to establish credibility and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders at all levels of our businessCommercial and outcome focusedPrevious experience within the e-commerce or retail industries will be highly regarded as will experience working with ERP systemsWhat it's like to work at
