About the Role:

As the Head of Supply Chain at Quad Lock, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability to support our growth.

You will manage demand forecasting, global logistics, inventory, and e-commerce fulfilment across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to achieve our business objectives.

What You'll be Doing:
Oversee global logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Optimise the regional distribution network to support business needs Implement best practices in logistics and distribution to enhance service levels and reduce costs Maintain optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory using the Logility Supply Chain planning platform Lead and coach the inventory team, ensuring coverage and minimizing business risk Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve forecast accuracy Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure accurate forecasting processes and alignment with business goals Develop and implement a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process Maintain accurate master data in the Logility Supply Chain Planning System Develop supply chain planning KPIs and reporting in conjunction with the Operations Director Investigate and resolve supply chain issues Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure quality Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to support growth and diversification Manage supplier performance and implement risk management strategies Develop and manage the logistics budget, analyzing costs and identifying efficiencies Work with finance to provide updated logistics forecasts and optimize working capital What You'll Bring to the Role: Extensive supply chain experience, combined with leadership experience Excellent analytical skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain & inventory planning systems, strategies and processes Proven track record in driving and implementing change management processes to optimise efficiencies and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement Team oriented and able to easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders A strong influencer, able to establish credibility and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders at all levels of our business Commercial and outcome focused Previous experience within the e-commerce or retail industries will be highly regarded as will experience working with ERP systems What it's like to work at
