About the role


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager with Manufacturing experience who is looking for a new opportunity to work in a hands-on role with our team.


As the Production Manager, you will have autonomy in how you maximise yield and create an awesome culture on your shift.

You will be working with state of the art machinery, automation, and leading a diverse team of people.

You will have exposure and influence across all teams within our business including, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Maintenance and QA.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating and managing production schedules
  • Ensure WHS standards are met
  • Provide support to site management and site management systems
  • Establish and manage quality control standards
  • Drive continuous improvement across the site
  • Maintain environmental compliance

About you


We are looking for a passionate and approachable leader with experience in a manufacturing environment, who will help shape and achieve operational targets in line with strategic and business objectives.
