Your Mission Lead our Service Now implementation and integration development efforts with Service Now by reimagining the customer experience, improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows.

You can enable anyone in our client environment to implement, extend or build custom business applications.
You are happy to integrate Service Now and third-party applications.
Requirements:3+ years coding in Java Script and Service Now deployments / implementations, and / or integrations
Experienced in building Service Now modules for customers
Service Now - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
Service Now – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
Service Now – Certified Application Developer is desired
Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: Java Script, Bootstrap, React, Angular,
Strong requirements gathering experience.
Ability to work with business users and clients
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player
ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
