Thirdera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with expertise in ServiceNow to join their team. The position allows for remote work from any location in Australia. As the Senior Technical Consultant, your role involves leading ServiceNow implementation and integration projects to enhance customer experience, streamline service operations, and drive engagement through digital workflows. You will work across various ServiceNow modules to address customer needs effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript coding and ServiceNow deployments/implementations
  • Proficiency in developing ServiceNow modules for clients
  • ServiceNow certification including System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer
  • Familiarity with database design and modeling
  • Experience with Web Services technologies like SOAP and REST
  • Skills in JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Node.js desired
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL standards
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
