**The Opportunity

  • The Project Program Lead is responsible for managing the governance and assurance on the ANZ portfolio.

What you will focus on;

  • Oversight of all Project Managers from a Program perspective to ensure project compliance.
  • Ensure use of Project Management systems and tools, training of delivery Project Managers to ensure full deployment of systems and tools.
  • Support and guide the client in early preparedness and identification of PM resources needed to meet project demand throughout the region.
  • Prepare annual one year capital budgets and biannual reviews.
  • Contribute to accruals and capital commitments reporting.
  • Ensure active Risk Management and Value Engineering are applied to projects.
  • Promote and cultivate a WHS culture of safety before service.
  • Responsible for ensuring the ANZ project data is accurate and curatable for data digital insights.
  • Project Program Management of all projects on time, within budget and to scope.
  • Responsible for ANZ governance, operations, and fortnightly project dashboard reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • 10 + years' experience in project management or construction management experience is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problemsolving ability.
  • Must be detailoriented, analytical and computerliterate with proven leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction practices and techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems.
