  • About The Position:The Accreditation Project Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering highquality project and administrative support to program teams engaged in professional accreditation submissions. Collaborating closely with Associate Deans Discipline, Program Managers, Associate Dean (WIL), Manager Accreditations, Senior Manager Quality Enhancement, and the Quality Enhancement team, this role involves typical project tasks, including developing project plans, coordinating meetings and forums, and managing information effectively. Success in this position relies on adeptly engaging with diverse stakeholders across different portfolios, both internally and externally, and fostering a culture of professionalism, proactivity, and collaboration within the College.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a project support role with the ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative.-
  • Highly developed organisational, planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.-
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.-
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all matters.-
  • Demonstrated problem solving and solution development skills.-
  • Proven ability to liaise constructively and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on complex and time sensitive matters.-
  • Proven ability to interpret the requirements of external agencies to inform project planning and collation of artefacts.-
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
