The role operates at 18 Justin Street Smithfield in NSW.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directing the day-to-day activities in the factory ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Supervising staff and driving performance to meet quality of output and production levels.
  • Assist in planning and delivering production schedules in collaboration with management and supporting manufacturing functions
  • Continuously support and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment
  • Reporting to CEO and The Director.
  • Working hours Monday-Saturday 7:30 am
  • 4:30 Pm
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated commitment to manufacturing workplace safety.
  • 3 years+ experience in similar Management role supervisory qualification desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with manufacturing and production best practice and principals.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • High level organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • You will need to be firm and very strict to finish the jobs by the due date.
  • Monitoring the staff to make sure their skills and drive meeting our standards and deadlines.
This is a hands-on, fast paced role working closely with our staff, clients and their representatives. You will be required to build strong working relationships with our clientele to expand our network.
