Spare Parts Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Spare Parts Supervisor at Crown Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Branch Store and workshop inventory locations within the Branch, ensuring compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine tasks to satisfy Branch demands and requirements through the effective management of:
o Receiving stock off purchase orders and transfers.
o Receiving stock from the Distribution Center - manifest checking
o Inventory transfers to correct inventory location as required, using the Supply Chain Management system as reference
- Picking & transferring stock
• Conduct Weekly/Monthly branch cycle counts as required by the business to ensure an accurate stock count.
• Complete pre-stocktake and six-monthly parts stocktake for the branch store and workshop inventory locations
• Identify operational improvements and, in consultation with the Workshop Manager, establish an action and implementation plan.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
• Be self-directed and motivated.
