About the role


This is an exciting opportunity to join the ANZ Rewards & Loyalty squad and become part of the fast evolving Consumer Cards and Unsecured Lending Business.

The Rewards and Loyalty Squad under the Credit Cards and Personal Lending (CCPL) Tribe are responsible for:

End-to-end product management for the Rewards Credit Cards product suite, including supporting value chain partners and management of the Cards Loyalty Program and associated vendors and partners.

As a Journey Expert/Rewards & Loyalty Program Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:
Management of existing partners/relationships in order to reinforce and improve the CVP of the Rewards/Loyalty programs and deliver on key customer, financial, risk and well managed performance metrics
Relationship management includes negotiating contracts and/or outcomes with external partners
Working closely with the Journey Expert, Loyalty Program Manager to set the strategic direction of the Rewards/Loyalty programs and jointly manage aspects of the day to day management of the programs to ensure outstanding customer experience outcomes
Working with Marketing and Data teams to oversee the successful delivery of Rewards/Loyalty customer engagement campaigns and events
Developing and executing the Rewards/Loyalty program strategy focusing on product fit, customer appeal, profitability, redemption experience, etc
Managing the P&L impact/cost of Rewards/Loyalty Program redemptions and explore ways to decrease cost
Delivering initiatives that optimise the Rewards/Loyalty Program P&L as a subset of Consumer and Commercial Cards P&L

  • Loyalty program experience
Credit card / product management experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building skills. Ability to obtain/negotiate outcomes through others
