THE ROLEMAK Water currently have a vacancy for an experienced Project Engineer (Project Manager), managing the end to end process of designing, manufacturing and commissioning of water treatment plants.
The role requires the individual to be a motivated, self-starter working within a team of Engineers and Draftspersons ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and on budget.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the principle focus of this role is to:Manage projects from design to commissioning Oversee fabrication in MAK Water workshop Factory testing and then site commissioning Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and supplies Provide technical support and solutions to assist in preparation of estimates, quotes and tenders SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSThe successful applicant will: Have a tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical preferred)Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing projects Be experienced in design and project management for process plants Have a proactive, constructive approach to resolving problems Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills Value safety and quality in all project deliveries THE BENEFITSAn appropriate remuneration package will be offered depending on skills and experience.
