The Role

A key customer is in the early phases of a large multiyear transformation, and they are on the lookout for a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager for an initial 6 month contract but this has genuine long term potential as it is a 3-5 year program. Rates are open based on experience as our client will pay what it takes for the best people, once your rate is on market.

The Project

This stream of the program is focused on ERP transformation (Finance, Asset, Maintenance, Capital Works, Project Management) and they are building up their team as they enter initiation phase.

Working Conditions

The role is in Brisbane CBD and is a full time in office-based role with flexibility on working hours. This is a government owned corporation but a commercial entity that run's very much like a private enterprise with a strong focus on agile, innovation and team culture.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Iteration Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager role
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and milestones
  • Experience with agile tools and software
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile project management or related roles
  • Previous experience in Business led IT programs with multiple projects is highly desirable
  • Some level of agile certification preferred
