Kingston Human Capital has been exclusively engaged by our Client
Queensland Music Festival to hire a Marketing Coordinator on a temporary contract for 3-4 days per week, until the end of October 2023.

Queensland Music Festival is a first-of-its-kind music tourism experience that invites you to discover the wonders of Queensland through iconic music events.
Presented by Queensland Music Festival, they have unlocked the power of music with Queensland communities since 1999, delivering events to over 1 million people across 106 metropolitan, regional, and remote communities.
They bring leading artists and communities together to create ambitious events that authentically celebrate the cultural identity of Queensland.About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the communications and marketing function, which is central to the sustainability and continued work of the organization.
In this diverse role, you will support the marketing team with the implementation of the Queensland Music Trails marketing plan and projects.
Additionally, you will provide marketing administration support across tactical marketing activities, systems, and financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating interdepartmental and project deadlines, administering the marketing department budget, handling purchase orders, invoicing, and post-campaign reconciliation.
You will collaborate closely with the government partnerships and commercial teams to track partnership marketing deliverables and assist with relevant marketing-related information and communications for reporting purposes to external stakeholders, partners, and funding bodies.
As part of this role, you will also contribute to scheduling digital content and social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The role can be fulfilled either in 3 days or 4 days over Monday to Thursday at their amazing head office in South Brisbane.
